Craft: In this picture I took several steps in order for the collage to take place. The first step I took was to take the picture of the cookie using my digital camera. After I took the picture with my camera I uploaded it to my computer and transfered it over to my USB. Once it was on my USB I took it over to class, re uploaded it on to a new computer and opened it in photoshop. Once opened in photoshop I layered my photo and then began deleting all the excess pixels that I did not need. Once they were all deleted and all I had left was the cookie, I then preceeded to open 3 new documents and dragged and dropped the cookie several times onto all of them. Once they were all on I then free transformed at least one so it was large enough to create a giant cookie background. Once that was made I free transformed the rest of the cookies so they would be different sizes and shapes so that each picture would look a little bit unique. In the end I took a screen shot of my work and uploaded it to this site.
Composition: I made these three collages the way they were so that the viewer would just think instantly of the cookies. I have a giant cookie background and the small ones scattered around each photo so that the viewer has no choice but to be drawn to the cookies and the feeling they leave after you view them, which is of course hungry.
Concept: In the simplest terms this picture is just of cookies set into a collage. Some are made larger than others but all in all they are nothing more than three collage pictures of cookies and nothing else.
